On Sunday, the Big East announced its All-Conference selections.
Four Wildcats recognized for their play this season–Josh Hart, Jalen Brunson, Donte DiVincenzo, and Kris Jenkins.
Hart and Brunson were unanimously voted in to the All-Big East First Team. Hart led the Wildcats this season with 18.7 points per game and 6.5 rebounds per game. The senior wing shot over 50 percent on the floor for the fourth-straight season and was an efficient 40.4 percent from beyond the arc.
As for Brunson, he saw his numbers rise, as he took over as the team’s full-time point guard and facilitator. The sophomore from Lincolnshire, Ill. averaged 14.8 points per game and 4.3 assists per game.
In his first season after redshirt year, DiVincenzo was tabbed a All-Big East Freshman Team Pick. DiVincenzo was a fixture off of Villanova’s bench, logging 7.8 points per game.
Jenkins rounds off the accolades for the ‘Cats. The senior forward was an All-Big East honorable mention. He was third on the team in scoring, with 13.4 points per game.
Coaches vote on who they would like to elect to the conference teams. Coaches cannot vote for their own players.

Awards such as the Big East Player of the Year, Coach of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Scholar-Athlete of the Year will be announced on the first day of the conference tournament on Wednesday.
